Samlesbury Enterprise Zone

A brownfield site, and the former home of the runway of the adjacent BAE Systems site, the Enterprise Zone has been remediated and is ready for development.

The site has been unlocked through the provision of utilities and a dedicated spine road.

The site +100 acre site lies within Lancashire and at the heart of the 4th largest aerospace cluster in the world & 2nd highest concentration of manufacturing in the UK and is home of BAE Systems’ Academy for Skills & Knowledge (ASK), Wincanton Defence Logistics Centre, BAE Asset Management Facility and the North West Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC).
